If you get the chance to dine out with your kids at Jessica Biel’s new restaurant, you can rest assure that you stress can be checked at the door. The actress who became a Mom to son Silas in April 2015 has opened up a new eatery called Au Fudge and kids are not the only priority as parents are too.
Situated in West Hollywood, Au Fudge is place where parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, child minders and whoever else can bring their kids for the kind of dining experience that you don’t get in most places, which is a “stress free” environment for their kids and themselves.
“We just want you to feel stress free about it and know that they’re playing with things that are safe, that we don’t use chemicals here, that there’s not just a bunch of plastic everywhere and we’ve really tried to think very thoughtfully about your family because it’s our family, too,” said the actress who is married to singer Justin Timberlake.
When the actress first came up with the idea of Au Fudge, she didn’t have Silas just yet but since becoming a parent, Biel has used her dining experiences with him as inspiration for the restaurant.
Biel didn’t have kids when the idea for Au Fudge first came about. Since welcoming Silas, she has used her dining experiences out with him as inspiration for the restaurant. She told E! News, “Since he’s so little still and I’m still kind of learning how I do it in a very smooth and like elegant way, it’s terrifying. You get to a place, you want to make sure the diners around you are not being bothered, you’re full of anxiety, you’re trying to go as fast as you can — you don’t enjoy it at all.”
The food at Au Fudge has been reported as “mostly organic, and even though Au Fudge is kid-friendly, both adults and kids can have a good time there.
Biel also added,”We want to have a place where I want to bring my kids, or I want to bring my girlfriends.”
