‘Star Wars’ Director J.J. Abrams Reveals That Luke Skywalker Might Be Gay

A person’s sexuality can be an easy debate in our era today. If you’ve ever pondered on Luke Skywalker’s sexuality, chances are he may be gay, reveals J.J. Abrams.

Star Wars director J.J. Abrams recently shared about the possible gay characters in the movie: “It seems insanely narrow minded to say that there wouldn’t be a homosexual character in that world.” Could he be hinting at Luke?

Skywalker has indeed kissed a girl in the movie, who he then discovers was his own sister. According to the comic book, Luke Skywalker has a son and wife. However, that doesn’t define anyone’s sexuality and Disney apparently made those stories irrelevant after the purchase of Lucasfilm.

Gay, straight or even asexual, who cares? He’s Luke Skywalker! He and his possible daughter, Rey, will be appearing onscreen in the next Star Wars VIII movie this coming 2017. We’re crazy excited!
