Guys, introducing the biēm Butter Sprayer! It conveniently transforms a stick of butter that’s fresh out from your fridge into mist-able spray that you can apply onto toast, popcorn or baked potato.
This handy gadget that has already surpassed its Kickstarter goal of $42,000, to $60,333 currently, works by an accelerometer that is highly intelligent and knows when to turn the unit on and off to melt the butter, based on touch and the machine’s position.
Technically, only the amount of butter that will be used is melted, not the entire stick of butter so it stays fresh!
The biēm can be stored in the fridge or on the counter and is powered via rechargeable battery that can be used with cooking oil as well as butter. Talk about multi-purpose?!
Creator Doug Foreman says in a press release, “Until now, there has never been a way to take a solid stick of real butter and turn it into a handheld spray in seconds, period.” Amen to that.
Of course, the butter sprayer costs big bucks, $99 via the Kickstarter campaign to get the first shipment in September 2016.
