In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Channing Tatum confessed that he did not expect Beyonce to show up on stage, he would have been happy with just a life-sized, cardboard cut-out version of the bootylicious diva. When Queen Bey strutted in with her blonde locks and legs that seemed to go on forever, Channing seemed to avoid eye contact with her until the song ended. 10 points to the shy guy! Channing also explained that that was his first time ever meeting Queen Bey, and we could tell he was a bit starstruck!
What made it all more perfect is the fact that Beyonce actually texted Mr. Tatum later after the show, saying,
“Hey, I would love to, like, meet you guys and hang out when you’re not looking like me and so terrifying.”
