There are times where you sit down and think about what you can do to make the world a better place. Same situation for Kiran Kreer, a 39-year-old Malaysian who decided to take a break from his comfortable life in Kuala Lumpur and put words into action.
Starting this week, AXN Channel, the number one general English entertainment channel in Asia, will broadcast Kiran’s journey of helping those in need during the Chennai flood together with his love for documenting through photography on documentary series, AXN: Attitude.
The series will also be featuring other powerful stories of bold adventure, fearless ambition and passionate causes – which reflect AXN’s promise of action redefined. “There came a day where I didn’t want to be that person working for a monthly salary as it always felt wrong. I wanted something else that made a real difference to me and to others. With everyone against it, I left home and picked up my true passion, my camera and I now use it to cover bigger, current issues.
Knowing that millions of children live in poverty, hunger and in the dark keeps me going. I will continue to tell these untold stories to bring about positive change one frame at a time,” said Kiran. Don’t forget to watch Kiran Kreer and more inspiring stories on AXN: Attitude only on AXN Channel 701/721 (HD) on Astro.
