UNIQLO today announces its collaboration with LIBERTY LONDON, for the launch of UNIQLO Spring/Summer 2016 collection. The much anticipated collaboration brings together a special selection of Liberty’s iconic floral prints with UNIQLO LifeWear‘s range of women, girls, babies and men’s products. UNIQLO’s LifeWear concept is known for its signature innovations that make clothing lighter, more comfortable, affordable, and accessible to all.
Liberty started in London’s Regent Street in 1875, selling ornaments, fabrics and artworks from Japan and elsewhere in Asia which inspired some of the 42,000 prints that make up Liberty’s print archives. Extensive collections of Liberty catalogues, dresses and textiles, housed at The Victoria and Albert Museum, attest to the myriad contributions to art, culture, and fashion of one of the world’s most prestigious brands. Liberty’s magnificent mock-Tudor-style building on Great Marlborough Street is the epitome of classical British design.
The LIBERTY LONDON for UNIQLO collection will be available worldwide in UNIQLO stores during spring of 2016.
