Earlier this year, Skrillex and Diplo joined forces, which resulted in a collaboration album called Skrillex and Diplo Present Jack Ü. We anticipated that the album would be good, but we just didn’t know how good and after the release of the Where Are Ü Now with Justin Bieber, we instantly knew that everything these two touches would turn into gold.
The latest from the EDM twosome sees the artists collaborating with London electro-pop duo AlunaGeorge for the second single, To Ü. Besides the song being totally catchy, we can’t help but love the music video, which showcases what young love is all about. Director of the video, AG Rojas said on the Jack Ü website:
I know it’s supposed to just be a music video, and I know it’s about the fleeting nature of young love or something like that, and I know that you’re not supposed to wax poetic about things like this, and I know you’re supposed to just let it be what it is, but I don’t subscribe to those things because this is what I have given my life to, and I hope you see what I see too.
