At Sushi Hinata, all produce if fresh and flown all the way in from Tsukiji Market and Fukuoka Market, so expect nothing but the most fresh dishes. You’ll find that the menu at Sushi Hinata is pretty limited but this is proof that Chef Hideaki Oritsuki is that good! The menu may be simple but the dishes served are so premium that you’ll find it’s worth paying the money for.
