It’s finally going to be here! We’ve been waiting for the Alexander Wang X H&M collection for the longest time, and we were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the whole collection at an exclusive preview last week.
We’ll just let the cat out of the bag – it’s SO WORTH THE WAIT! The monochromatic collection clearly reflects Wang’s signature style of urban, athletic and very wearable pieces for the everyday men and women.
For women, the collection captures the speed of the city, mixing sports and performance for everyday life. Technical details and fabrics are used for both function and fashion, including Wang’s first ever performance wear wardrobe. The women’s collection includes 38 exclusively designed garments, as well as accessories and a playful take on everyday objects. The result is a collection to be worn on the street, in the gym or at the club – the way women live their lives today.
As for the men, the collection creates an urban wardrobe with the aspects and functionality of performance wear. The collection comprises of 23 newly developed garments, plus accessories and a line of everyday objects, infusing novelty and humour.

1. Hooded zipper jacket – RM299
This hooded jacket is from the men’s collection and we especially love the diagonal zipper design. It’s simple and super stylish.
2. Leather backpack – RM699
Carry this backpack and you’ll be the coolest in town. We love the black leather and the oversized zipper closures with the WANG logo. It’s understated, yet fun.
3. Logo crop sweater – RM199
We love anything that’s cropped and this comfy neoprene sweater is perfection. The WANG logo on the front is raised from the rest of the fabric, just in case you’re wondering.
4. Halter overlapping dress – RM299
It looks like too much is going on at the top half of the dress, but the design perfectly balances out body proportions. The fabric also wraps around the curves on the body nicely and it’s very flattering.
5. Logo crop tank top – RM119
This crop tank top looks very minimalistic on its own, but the fabric covers just enough on the upper body to reveal the perfect amount of cleavage!
6. Overlapping crop tank top – RM129
We love the complex criss-cross design of the top. Who knew sportswear could look this chic?
7. Leggings – RM199
Wang takes performance wear to a whole new level! These leggings are anything but plain and boring.
8. Knee high folder down stilettos boots – RM599
Even though these shoes are all black, the different fabric textures and the complexity of the design make these booties extremely sophisticated. LOVE!
9. Oversize jacket – RM599
This jacket will look good paired with anything at all. If you’re travelling and you’ve got limited luggage space, this is the only jacket you need.
10. Logo boxing gloves – RM199
Okay, nobody really needs boxing gloves unless you’re into the sport, but just take a look at these ones! How can we say no?!
