Living under the same roof with the well-known celebrities is what most people considered as the luckiest thing in the world. Sometimes it came as a surprise to know that some Hollywood celebrities live together but they are nothing more than just blood-related siblings. The talent seems to run in the genes of these celebrities and sometimes the whole families even make a living out of their entertainment career. It would take days to list down all the celeb siblings in the Hollywood but there are some celeb siblings that we couldn’t resist looking at and here are some of our favourite celeb siblings!
1. The Watsons
Emme Watson may have made her name through her character as Hermione in the “Harry Potter” series but her brother, Alex Watson rose to fame after he attended a Harry Potter premiere with her sister. In fact, he appeared in the Harry Potter several times as an extra when he was young but he didn’t pursue acting career. He was scouted by Emma’s model agency and became a model instead. The siblings modelled for Burberry’s Spring 2010 campaign alongside with musicians George Craig and Matt Gilmour, and model Max Hurd.
2. The Fannings
She was only 7-year-old when Dakota Fanning rose to fame after her breakthrough performance in the movie “I Am Sam”. Since then, Dakota who just turned 19-year-old last month has becomes one of the youngest actresses in the Hollywood, along with her younger sister, Elle Fanning. The two sisters are the most popular celeb siblings in the Hollywood. Interestingly enough, Elle Fanning seems to grown taller than Dakota now even at only age fourteen. Elle Fanning is best known for her roles in “Phoebe in Wonderland” as well as sci-fi film “Super 8”.
3. The Olsens
The Olsen twins were best known for their roles as the mischievous daughter Michelle Tanner in the sitcom “Full House”. The twins sisters then continue their acting career and even designed their own clothing line in the fashion industry. It seems the talent runs in the whole Olsens family as the Olsen twins are not the only talented people in the family. Their younger sister Elizabeth Olsen followed their footsteps into the entertainment industry as well through acting career.
4. The Jenners
Kendall and Kylie Jenner are the reality TV stars, Kardashians’ youngest sisters after Kardashian’s mother, Kris Houghton remarried with Olympic gold medalist Bruce Jenner. At first, the sisters occasionally appeared in the reality TV show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” when they were young. The Jenner sisters caught the attention of the public for their distinguishable features and tall slender body. The duo has since rose to fame after Kendall and Kylie Jenner joined the modelling career at age 14 and 12 respectively. They will be launching a spring women’s clothing line designed and inspired by the Jenner sisters called “Kendall & Kylie” at PacSun too.
5. The Gyllenheals
It shouldn’t came as a surprise that the Gyllenhaals siblings are both well-known on screen stars especially when they were born to director Stephen Gyllenhaal and writer-producer Naomi Foner. The Gyllenhaals first appeared in the movie together as a sibling through the sci-fi movie “Donnie Darko”. Many times people mistaken them as a couple due to their close relationship but Jake is merely just her favourite brother and a good friend to her husband of two years, actor Peter Sarsgaard.
6. The Hemsworths
The Hemsworth brother, Chris and Liam, are both actors and made their name into the Hollywood through their smashing hit movies ‘Thor’ and ‘The Hunger Games’ respectively. Although older brother, Chris has acted different kind of roles, but Liam’s popularity rises since his engagement to ‘Hannah Montana’ star Miley Cyrus. The Australian brothers have since become the hottest celebrities siblings in the Hollywood.
7. The Deschanels
While many speculated that Zooey Deschanel and Katy Perry are blood-related due to their look, but Zooey’s sister is actually the actress, Emily Deschanel from the hit TV show ‘Bones’. Zooey is a younger sister to Emily by four years and they both exudes different kind of personalities on screen. Zooey is the quirky younger sister who will goes all out for her role while Emily is more on the shy and reserved side for an actress.
8. The Francos
The dashing actor James Franco is not the only good-looking member in his family as his younger brother, Dave Franco has also attracted many with his dark brown eyes and great acting skills. Dave Franco may not be as famous as his brother but he has acted in several films as well, including 7th Heaven and 21 Jump Street alongside with Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum.
9. The Knowles
The pop song diva Beyonce Knowles made her name out of her singing career and her younger sister, Solange followed her footstep into music industry and debuted her first album when she was 16 years old. Solange has started singing since she was 5 and featured in several songs for her sister’s group, Destiny’s Child. Not only she can sings, Solange is a model, DJ, actress and songwriter too. The Knowles sisters kept a close relationship with each other and support each other on their concerts.
10. The Simpsons
The American sweetheart Jessica Simpson became famous through her singing career as a bubble gum pop star, but quickly went on to make a name for herself in Hollywood with her reality TV show ‘Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica’. Jessica Simpson then became a fashion designer until now after she launched her collection in 2005. However, her younger sister Ashlee Simpson is completely different from the American sweetheart look as Ashlee is more of the edgy rock sister. Ashlee Simpson debuted her album ‘Autobiography’ in 2004 and rose to fame through her reality TV show ‘The Ashlee Simpson Shows’.
