Okay, what sorcery is this?!
The folks behind The Benjamins has once again created a food hype in Singapore, after the Over-the-Top Milkshakes. This time, it involves floating or levitating Japanese udon and soba on chopsticks.
Undoubtedly Instagram-worthy, the perplexing noodles from Hana Japanese Restaurant are actually topped on a hidden pole to conceal it, thus giving the illusion of floating noodles.

Apparently, the correct method to eat the noodles is to pick up the strands from the floating chopsticks themselves before dipping them into various sauces.
Amazing, huh? 😉 Many foodies have also taken inspiration from Hana and attempted to create their own version of flying noodles..
