Kuala Lumpur is full of great places to dine, especially when it’s date-night. But with so much to choose from, it’s hard to find the right setting and atmosphere to truly appreciate the lovely company you have with you. Inspired by love and romance, these places are our top choices when it comes to having the perfect date with your loved one!

Pisco Bar
Pisco Bar is a south American bar and restaurant located on Changkat. The laid back vibe makes the place perfect for a date as you will both be comfortable with the general ambiance. Furnished simplistically but stylishly, Pisco is the ideal place to get to know someone better – relaxed enough to converse one-on-one but not completely dead that you run out of things to say! The delicious tapas style dishes run with the same laid back vibe yet you are eating great food at the same time without being overwhelmed, ideal for sharing. Pisco Bar are also more often than not holding some sort of entertainment most nights, be it a guest performer, chef or simply just releasing new dishes… you are ensured an easy, fun filled night.

La Vie En Rose
If you are looking to take your other half for a great sit-down meal, La Vie En Rose is the place to be. A French fine dining restaurant as the name itself would suggest, La Vie En Rose was nominated Best New Restaurant in the Time Out KL Food Awards 2012. There is something about the restaurant that makes it feel very intimate, maybe it was the cosy and picturesque setting or the great food that won our hearts over but either way we know we’d be impressed on a date! Everything about La Vie En Rose eludes impeccable taste which is important to keep an eye out for on a date.

Carcosa Seri Negara
Afternoon tea is a signature trademark at Carcosa Seri Negara. If you are British or your guest is this will give you/ them a great taste of home! Served in the drawing room or the verandah overlooking an immaculate field, it is a more interesting and fun alternative to meeting a guy for a coffee. Carcosa Seri Negara consists of two colonial mansions which have been converted to a luxury hotel. We love how timeless places like this are and what makes Carcosa so special is that there aren’t many places of its kind in KL.
