Doing Yoga is one excellent therapeutic workout which empowers your body and revitalizes your mind. If you are looking for ways to give your mind and body a much needed break, Yoga is highly recommended.
However, if you have ever been to one or are an active member of a class, you’ll know that during every session, you start to unconsciously generate thoughts which can be distracting. Some may find others OOTD commendable, or certain poses done by not-so-flexible people highly humorous till you might slip out a chuckle by accident, or you just can’t seem to stop yawning after long day.
