One of the key make-up trends for Fall 2013 is shiny, sparkly eyeshadow. While the ‘Starry Starry Eyes’ look might be a bit too bold or dark for a lot of people, you can still follow the trend by minimizing the use of dark eyeshadow and stickng to subtle sparkles around or on your base colour.

Pretty in pink
Brave: Go with hot pink and deep gold glitter.
Safe: Light pink base, paired with sparkly cream.

Brave: Go for full-on sparkles with shimmery colour-duo cement-grey and fallow-brown tones.
Safe: Go for a matte base colour and add on a shimmery grey towards the outer corner of your eye, and dab it slightly on the top of your lid.

Baby blues
Brave: Wanna go for a bold, dark look? The easiest combo is pairing up dark blue and glitter grey.
Safe: A matte, light blue colour can be matched with a sparkly cream for a more subtle look.

Ocean reflections
Brave: Start off with a beige or lemon chiffon base, and on emerald green in the middle, and blend in navy blue towards the outer corner. Dab on gold glitter in the inner corner of your eye.
Safe: Instead of emerald green, go for a light mantis green tone that’ll blend well with baby blue or a hint of cobald blue.
