Rihanna is threatening to sue Topshop for using her face on some their T-shirts without seeking her permission.
Her team is said to have told the high-street clothing team to stop selling them, and is reported to be asking for a whopping US$5mil. However, according to sources, Topshop claimed they would not!
The source said Rihanna wants Topshop to stop selling her image. They purchase the pictures from the photographer, but they do not pay the artists licensing fees.

Sources say Rihanna has spent almost $1 million in litigation at this point. “She says it’s the principle, and wants to make a statement about it. They are taking advantage of artists. It is just exploitation. What they are doing is wrong”.
