Russian model and YouTube sensation Valeria Lukyanova (also know as Amatue due to her online blog) has been getting a lot of feedback (both good and negative!) over the past year due to her uncanny resemblance of many girls childhood idol and doll, Barbie. Barbie was meant to portray a ‘perfect’ and ‘ideal’ woman, with those exaggerated blue eyes and body porportions, it’s somewhat really unnatural to actually see a real life human being look that way. Valerie claims her doey big blue eyes, perfect features and doll like figure are all natural, that she was born with them, only enchanced with a little make up and not photo manipulated.
Recently there has been a new Barbie companion, Ms. Olga Oleynik (Dominika) who looks almost exactly like Valerie except a little shorter. Valeria told the Daily Mail that she and Dominika had met over the Internet five years ago because they had so much in common and that both hail from Odessa, Ukraine. Also, they both seem to be on the same page as they both think their (literally!) not from this world.
