Reebok officially launched REALFLEX, a new fully-integrated campaign “The Sports of Fitness Has Arrived” in Malaysia.
The entire campaign was held in Paradigm Mall, where members of the media, celebrities and specially invited guests gathered in the Upper Atrium Level UG of the mall to experience what REALFLEX & CROSSFIT was all about!
PushMore Fitness was engaged by Reebok to conduct the Crossfit Fitness regime & also the flash mob performance which is part of the officially launching of Realflex & Experience “Crossfit” Zone.
To start off the event, there was a Burpee demo by Reebok Crossfit certified trainers. Then these trainers explained what CROSSFIT was all about. They performed one minute of repetition at a particular station and then a 15 second break and swap to another station and repeat the course for 2 more rounds.
Crossfit fitness regime such as Barbell power snatch, classic chin pull up, box jump on a 30inch box, sledge hammering, skip rope double under jumping, tractor tire flipping, kettle bell swing was demonstrated.
At the event, there were other activities for the shoppers of Paradigm Mall as well. Participants had to register at the reebok counter; they were then escorted to the Realflex shoe try out location. The shopper were given a choice of crosstraining and running realflex model to try before going to the next stop where they wore the realflex and was given a one to one training exercise regime by the crossfit trainers.
At the end of the session, the participants were all given a RM50 cash voucher and a free Reebok Realflex training tee worth RM79.00 each.
