Mariah Carey has got an upcoming Hallmark film called A Christmas Melody but she’s not starring in it but directing instead. Mariah hand-picked Lacey Chabert, who’s famously known as Gretchen in Mean Girls to take the lead.
The film already began shooting in Cicinnati as of October 6th and Lacey took to Instagram to post selfie on her first day at work.
“First day at work. Taking a quick break and #kitty jumps up and lays on me,” Chabert captioned. “She never does this at home- only when I’m working. I think this is her way of trying to get me to stay in my dressing room and not to go back to set.”
