A video has been posted on Youtube on the 26th of January and it was definitely something shocking to the eyes.
In the video, you can see a mother holding on to her baby while a tattoo artist is giving the crying infant a tattoo. You can roughly hear the mother and the tattoo artist talking in Spanish, but it is not clear where the video was shot.
The child, who appears to be between the age of two and four is being pinned down and forced into the pain of a tattoo being drawn on his right arm.
No one has yet to get hold of the user who uploaded the video on YouTube – but we’re hoping to hear more soon!
