Ingredients A
- 2/nos Young mango finely sliced
- 100/gm Anchovies deep fried
- 2/nos Onion sliced
- 2/nos Red chili sliced
- 2/nos Ripe tomato sliced
- 5/nos Chili padi finely sliced
- 50/gm Coriander leaves chopped
Ingredients B
- 3/tbsp Lime Juice
- 3/tbsp Fish sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 tbs Sugar
Preparation
- Combine ingredients A in a large bowl.
- Combine ingredients B and pour into bowl with ingredients A
- Toss and serve immediately
